The screen of your LCD won’t easily slide outwards because an adhesive is firmly holding it in its place. So you have to buy a heat gun to loosen the adhesive that is holding it tightly in place.

After you’ve successfully taken out the screen, you have to replace it with a new one and ensure that it is firmly affixed in its place. Now trace your steps backwards and reassemble your LCD TV.
